it could've been a cow or a toad with that background and the clouds, and the perfect catch with the sun's lighting and be beautiful . but with the castle it becomes a whole new
level of beauty!

Great shot, i live near hear and photographed this place a few times but have never managed to get it looking as dramatic as this, well shot

Many thanks - it's a bit of a hidden treasure, Hadleigh Castle - tucked-away as it is, at the bottom of a track. But I think the trick is to choose a wet windy camera-damaging day, with murderously overhung clouds & the hint of a sunburst on the horizon - in other words, the most unlikely day to take a photograph & a lot of luck! :nod:
